     Ms. Rall has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland, NY and an MSW from New York University. A licensed clinical social worker, she has worked in the field of adoption since 1983, doing home studies, birth parents counseling, advising parent support groups, providing family and individual therapy and is in regular demand as a speaker on adoption issues. In 2005 she was nominated as a Congressional Angel in Adoption by then Senator Jon Corzine. She is the parent of four grown children, two of them adopted.

Elizabeth Hopkins is an attorney specializing in the practice of adoption in the state of New Jersey. She is one of twelve attorneys in New Jersey to be admitted into the American

Evelyn Fano is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment Pediatrics (NDT) and has extensive sensory based training. Evelyn has worked in a variety of pediatric settings such as Early Intervention, Long Term Health Care facilities, Cerebal Palsy Centers, Outpatient clinics, private practice and both private and public schools. Her area of specialty includes working with children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Attention Deficit Disorder. Evelyn is currently working for a Monmouth county school district serving preschool through middle grade school students. She manages a small private practice with an emphasis on working with families addressing concerns related to developmental delays that impact play, socialization, learning, self care, and behavior.

The IAC Center offers individuals, couples and families a place to get professional guidance and counseling regarding family building issues. Since the Center does not do adoptions the councelors are able to offer an unbiased view of the family building and adoption options as well as help people to make well - informed timely decisions about adoption that are mindful of the long term issues involved.
